About Me
I have been a social worker for as long as I can remember. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 1988. I love my work and helping others achieve their goals and grow as individuals.
My career has taken many twists and turns in terms of settings including: hotline, runaway shelter, community mental health, group home, hospital, and private practice settings. All of this work has involved therapeutic relationship building and attunement.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working with people from all stages of life: from high school and college, career, family, retirement and aging. There are unique struggles in each of these stages. People come to therapy because they've tried everything they know to do and feel stuck. I offer empathic connection and active listening to help you find or regain your capacity to cope with the ups and downs of life.
